20 more ideas have been entered in the Semi Finals

The top 20 ideas from Round 2 have now moved forth to the Semi Finals.  Which means that 20 more ideas have until November 29th, 2009 of making it to the next phase of the competition.

The Aviva Community Fund competition is a great opportunity to submit any ideas that you feel would make a positive impact in your community.  For those who say that change cannot happen, this is your chance to make a difference!

Here are some of the ideas that have made it to the Semi Final stage:

Youth. Passion. Showcase of the Performing Arts - show casing youth talent, run, performed and inspired by the youth.  Tattered Tiaras- empowering women in Canada and equipping them with the tools they need to become successful in their community and Volunteer for Change – Craig Kielburger’s idea of giving 1 million hours to volunteering by encouraging youth to volunteer in their community. 

Remember, its not too late to submit your ideas – there are 13 more days left until Round three comes to an end!   Can’t wait to see all of your amazing ideas.
