Better The World Welcomes Mercy League International

Mercy League is a small, grassroots organization working to help those in need all over the world including the people of Haiti whose lives were devastated by the recent earthquake.
 
When the earthquake hit, Mercy League already had a team on the ground and sent in another team just days later. Volunteers are working on long-term solutions and on a case-by-case basis; they have saved the lives of a young boy needing a simple syringe and basic medicine, protected children in an orphanage from violent looters, and are working to setup a long-term method of transporting medical supplies, volunteers and food to reach people in need.
 
Showing you just how dedicated Mercy League’s members are, Director Shane Mattenly is planning on moving his entire family to Haiti so they can be there long-term to help with the country’s recovery.
