As the world evolves into something more than most of us ever thought it would, we are entering an age where the power to make positive change rests in the hands of the rich and famous!!!! 

What does this all mean?

Celebrities, whether they like it or not hold the power to raise awareness of causes that affect all of us!  They have the capability of representing one voice for the less fortunate, the hungry, the destitute, the sick, you, me and we.

From Brangelina to Bono to Matt Damon and Oprah, these individuals single handedly built empires where millions of loyal fans patiently wait to see what their next move will be.  It could be a school being built in Africa, charity plug-ins on hit T.V shows, or a massive world tour concert that attracts the attention of millions around the world.  Nonetheless, knowingly or unknowingly these people have created a new wave of communicating the importance of giving back.

It is quite fascinating to think that there was a time where individuals were forced to stand for days upon end fighting for their right to whatever they felt entitled to.  And although these conventional ways of reaching people still exists, we have entered an age where celebrity status and pop culture are the real super powers -  they are controlling the ways in which people think about issues, think about themselves and give back!!!!
