Our Campaign Empower Youth Led Change!

TIG's solution relies on a simple model of using technology to connect young people to the stories and experiences of other youth leaders who constantly inspire their peers. We provide our membership with free resources and tools, facilitated learning experiences and workshops that build their capacity to be agents of change. They are actively encouraged to involve themselves in thematic initiatives, causes and networks that are all working towards similar goals: improving the world.

In an impact survey conducted by TIG in early 2008, 82% of members made friendships through TIG, 69% agree that TIG has improved the ability of young people to effect change and 65% have formed cross-cultural collaborations or partnerships. We've been deeply involved with events like the International AIDS Conferences, UN Climate Change Conference, World Summit on the Information Society and the World Urban Forum. By supporting our efforts to give young people the opportunity to make a difference today, they will be well-placed to continue contributing for years to come. This is an investment that affects all demographics, sectors and countries.
